With the motto "Much better than new," Patagonia is running a repair event called "Worn Wear Snow Tour," where the repair truck "Tsugihagi" visits snow areas across Japan. Participants can bring in their broken and cherished clothing and have it repaired. Through repairs, the event aims to conserve the earth's resources, learn about recycling, and share the joy of continuing to play on the snow. Starting at Sapporo Bankei Ski Resort on Saturday, March 2nd, the tour is scheduled to travel to a total of seven venues, mainly in Sapporo and Niseko, Hokkaido
No reservations are required for this event and participation is free, but if you want to have sewing repairs done, you will need to make a separate reservation. They accept repairs for items other than Patagonia products, so if you see a patchwork, why not bring in a special item?
