POW JAPAN, along with 110 companies from the outdoor community solidarity action group "VOICE from the OUTDOOR COMMUNITY," has released a proposal calling for policies in line with the 1.5°C target. The proposal is scheduled to be delivered to Diet members belonging to the Liberal Democratic Party's Winter Sports Diet Members' League, with the request that it be made an agenda item within the group. The proposal is also scheduled to be delivered to the "Bipartisan Mountain Day Diet Members' League" and individual Diet members across Japan
Additionally, on October 8th, a highly impactful advertisement stating "When the snow disappears, everyone loses" was published in the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun and the Hokkaido Shimbun. Posters with similar designs will be displayed at Burton Flagship Tokyo and other nearby outdoor shops
