Taro Tamai
is a pioneer of freeriding and backcountry snowboarding in Japan, having skied the rugged mountains of Alaska earlier than anyone else and captured beautiful footage. He later produced his own brand, "GENTEMSTICK," and based in Niseko, he is a leading figure who passionately supports the snowboarding scene.
Terje Haakonsen
. In particular, he reigned as the undisputed champion of the world halfpipe competition scene in the 1990s, and later founded The Arctic Challenge and the TTR (Ticket to Ride) tour, leaving a lasting legacy in the development of snowboarding. He is a legendary rider.
