There are plenty of sessions, lessons and tours by Volkl riders
This year marks the 100th anniversary of Völkl. To celebrate, they will be holding the "FREESKI FES. in Hakuba" at Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park for two days, from March 18th (Sat) to 19th (Sun). On the day of the event, Völkl riders will gather together. Divided into the FREERIDE and FREESTYLE teams, there will be plenty of content to enjoy FREESKI to your heart's content
On the day of the event, there will be a test ride of new models available only to participants. You can also take part in lessons while trying out next season's models

① FREERIDE Session:
Enjoy skiing on groomed slopes and cool backcountry terrain by mastering freeride skis!

Lesson: Lessons are divided into groups based on different themes. Try out various tricks with the riders and hone your style!

Number of participants: 20
Eligibility: Elementary school students and older (able to ski down gentle slopes without falling)
Participation fee: 6,000 yen (lunch and lift ticket not included)

③ FREERIDE (Advanced) Head to the best backcountry area of the day!

Lead Riders: Kazuya Furuse, Hidemitsu Okada
Number of Participants: 10
Eligibility: Those who are not confident in their skiing skills or physical fitness, or who are unfamiliar with handling backcountry gear are not eligible. (The tour will proceed at a fast pace overall in order to avoid missing good conditions and to quickly pass through dangerous areas.)
Participation Fee: 13,000 yen (Insurance, rental fees, lift ticket fees, and lunch fees are not included)
