It has been announced that Koga Hoshino, a professional skier who enlivens the freeride scene both in Japan and abroad, will be joining "Team Kreb," which was established by Kreb Sports, a company based in Yuzawa Town, Niigata Prefecture, with the aim of supporting athletes and revitalizing winter sports.
Team Kreb already has many athletes as members, including Ryu Sugai, who won Japan's first bronze medal at the Ski Cross World Championships, and Hayata Wakatsuki, an alpine skier who is based in Europe and competes in the World Cup.

A 27-year-old from Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture.
Influenced by his grandparents who ran a ski inn at the foot of Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort and his parents who worked at the ski resort, he was on the slopes from a young age. He became fascinated with the world of freestyle after competing, and his unique style has attracted attention, especially among snow park users.
In the 2022 FWQ, he won first place in two consecutive domestic competitions, the highest level of competition, and qualified for the world championships. Furthermore, in November 2024, he became the first Japanese person to win first place in the world's most famous street riding video contest, "B-DOG OFF THE LEASH ONLINE VIDEO CONTEST," hosted by Phil Casavon.
