For those who "can't wait for winter and snow," Yukigoshi CAMP is held every autumn at Maiko Snow Resort in Niigata. Now in its fourth year in 2023, the event will be even bigger. In addition to the usual content, such as shopping at booths from popular ski and snowboard brands and ski resorts across the country, and a snow-making ceremony, this year will also see the addition of a new "flea market" area
This is a flea market open to the public, and stalls are limited to ski, snowboard, and other outdoor equipment. Why not take this opportunity to pass on any unused gear you have lying around the house, or clothes your children have outgrown, to the next generation? Because it's a physical event, it's a chance to exchange information face-to-face and meet new people
Additionally, camping is also available during the event in the free site area set up within the spacious slopes. When you arrive on the day, simply pitch your tent wherever you like on the site. You can relax in your tent, or stock up on winter gear at snow brand and ski resort booths. You can also savor delicious food and drinks, have a BBQ, or gaze at the stars at night. In the morning, you can do yoga under the clear autumn sky to get your body in shape. How you spend your time is up to you
