FUTURELIGHT is made using a technology called nanospinning, which creates an ultra-fine mesh structure at the nano level using polyurethane fibers. Hydrophobic polyurethane is waterproof, but the fine mesh allows for moisture permeability and breathability.

Conventional waterproof and breathable membranes release moisture by pushing the inside air out due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the garment.In other words, moisture is not released until a pressure difference is created between the inside and outside of the garment.
