Sweet Protection helmets are favored by top athletes worldwide, from freeride skiers to Olympic athletes. Their greatest feature is their "world-class safety." However, many users have found the helmets to be somewhat narrow on the rounder heads of Japanese people, making fitting difficult. But in the 26-27 season, long-awaited news arrived
Significantly updated fitting from the previous model, now available in a much-awaited wide fit
The biggest news of the season is the arrival of the all-mountain helmet, the "Switcher 2Vi Mips." Based on the brand's best-selling predecessor, the "Switcher Mips," it features significant updates in both fitting and safety performance
Switcher 2Vi Mips
Size: SM, ML, LXL, XXL
Color: 6 colors in total
￥57,200
What's particularly noteworthy is the improved fit, which is designed to suit a wider range of users. Compared to previous models, it has been redesigned with a wider shape, significantly reducing tightness and pressure on the sides of the head when worn
This update is a must-try for skiers who have previously had to reluctantly give up on Sweet helmets due to size issues, finding that while the design and safety features are appealing, they don't fit their head shape
Unparalleled safety thanks to our unique shock-resistant technology "2Vi"
In addition to improved comfort, the brand's signature safety features have also been further enhanced. The next-generation impact-resistant technology "2Vi," previously only used in the company's premium models, has been generously incorporated into this model as well
This achieves a higher level of safety without sacrificing lightness and comfort, which prevents fatigue even during long rides. It reliably and comfortably protects the rider's head from unexpected falls and crashes
The Switcher 2Vi Mips combines a sophisticated design, top-class safety, and the long-awaited comfortable fit. If you're considering replacing your helmet, this is a must-have piece of gear this season that you absolutely shouldn't miss
