Haglofs team rider and big mountain skier Hiro Nakanishi had this to say about Vassi:
"The moderately loose silhouette allows for stress-free mountain activities and skiing. What I particularly like is the strength of the outer fabric. I like tree runs and often ski in the forest, and my clothing often gets caught on branches. But it has never ripped. This is the first jacket I have worn throughout the season that has remained intact
The diagonal ventilation vents do not interfere with the backpack and open wide, making it easy to regulate your body temperature when hiking. The inner pockets are also easy to access, making it easy to take out and put away your GPS or sunglasses without having to take off the jacket when it's snowing. Taiyo Nakanishi
After spending the early 2000s as a ski bum in Whistler, he has been a big mountain skier based in Hokkaido since 2008. During the season, he promotes the appeal of freeskiing by streaming videos of camps and events. He is originally from Shiga Prefecture
