On a backcountry tour to the bare wilderness, you will face ever-changing weather and all kinds of terrain. Visibility is everything for BC Guides who escort guests while ensuring their safety, comfort and enjoyment. It is used by professionals to ensure clearer vision, instantly grasp the situation, and act safely in snowy mountains, such as snowstorms, fine weather, flat cloudy weather, uneven slopes with poor visibility, and dense trees. What are the goggles you have?

"The fit is extremely good, and Hokkaido's fine powder does not enter." Satoshi Tsukahara

The visibility is not bad, but the best is because the fit is extremely good. This is the only model that doesn't contain Hokkaido's fine powder.

"The fit of the goggles themselves is exceptional" Tomohiro Shakawa

The OPSIN CLARITY COMP mainly uses Spektris Blue & Spectris Pink lenses.
I carry a spare pair of goggles and only use them when skiing, such as when entering the mountains. In order to cope with wind from speed, we use a comp type that does not enter the wind. As for the lens, I use a lens that is not too dark even when it is sunny. It is a lens with a brightness that is just right for the limitations of the eyes due to age. The excellent fit of the goggles themselves is also exceptional.

"Without a spare lens, you don't need a spare lens except in high places during the remaining snow season" by Kazuya Furuse

For the lens, use CP photochromic rose flash. Since it is frameless and has a wide field of view, it is especially easy to see the bottom, so it is very easy to work around the chest such as the chest belt buckle of the rucksack. You can use this single photochromic lens in a wide range of situations, from fine weather to snowfall, except at high altitudes during the remaining snow season, so you don't need a spare lens.

SWANS|ROVO-MDH-CMIT-BL PIN MIT mirror photochromic lens

ROVO-MDH-CMIT-BL PIN MIT mirror photochromic lens | ¥31,900

Without removing the goggles from your face, simply push up the lever at the bottom of the frame to easily ventilate and quickly eliminate fogging on the lenses. PHOTOCHROMIC (photochromic = dimming) technology changes the brightness of the lens in response to ultraviolet rays, and automatically adjusts the brightness of the lens in any weather, making it extremely versatile. The MIT (Mirror Insert Technology) lens is also excellent because there is no color unevenness in the field of view.

"The clearest view I've ever used and the slopes are easy to see" Toyokazu Nakano

Of all the goggles I've ever used, they have the clearest vision and easy to see slopes. The Japanese model has a foam pad for Japanese people, so there is very little space between the nose and the pad, preventing snow from entering inside. The design is also cool. I don't carry a spare lens because the lens doesn't fog up.

UVEX |athletic CV

uvex athletic CV|¥18,700

Athletic CV with a single lens structure with a large lens and a wide field of view. The included uvex colorvision® technology delivers vivid color perception and enhanced contrast with four colorvision® filters – amber, smoke, brown and green – for sharper field perception due to enhanced contrast. making it possible. It will be especially useful in the backcountry where the snow surface continues forever and it is difficult to see the unevenness of the slope. The anti-fog effect is also reliable. Still, it's a pretty reasonable price.

"It's suitable for a style like BC where you climb for a few hours and then ski for 2-3 minutes." Daichi Terui

By making it a single lens, we wanted to increase the portability and provide a wide field of view without distortion like sunglasses. And the single lens does not fog up between the lenses like the double lens. I think it's suitable for a style like BC where you climb for a few hours and ski for 2-3 minutes.
