Natures will take you to the mountains of Daisetsuzan, which the Ainu called Kamuimintara (the playground of the gods).

Based on the Asahikawa and Daisetsuzan areas, it will take you to Hokkaido's best powder area, which boasts the world's No. 1 quality of snow known as silky snow. Natures organizes more than 100 days of tours throughout the season, offering a wide variety of programs that can be enjoyed by everyone from beginners to experienced riders. You can also enjoy virgin forest walks using snowshoes. Book early as the number of participants is small!

[Tour program]

■Backcountry Tour 
Skiing using the finest powder and terrain around Asahikawa and the Daisetsuzan area.
The skiing area varies depending on the weather on the day.
The first walk will take about 1 to 3 hours, with 2 to 3 runs planned. Price: 14,000 yen per person

■ Asahidake off-piste tour An
easy off-piste tour using the Asahidake ropeway.
Ropeway usage fee is not included. Operated by 2 people or more. Price: 14,000 yen per person
*All require backcountry equipment such as beacon, shovel, probe, etc.
*If you wish to take a private tour, additional fee of 3000 yen per person
*If applying as a group of 4 or more people is a private tour for one group.

Shinya Nakagawa

At the age of 14, he discovered snowboarding and devoted himself to the halfpipe competition. In 2000, he obtained JSBA (Japan Snowboard Association) official professional qualification. He became fascinated by the backcountry world and shifted his focus to film and photography. Feeling the enjoyment and charm of mountains and nature, he wanted to provide safe and enjoyable mountain trips, so he went into the guide industry. After working as an Asahidake Nature Conservation Warden, he established Natures in 2011.
