Operated by Dreamship Co., Ltd., founded by owner and freeskiing pioneer Yuta Ueno, this is a professional shop for freestyle skiing and cycling. The "Compass Project," now in its 12th year, has grown significantly, with the vision of "supporting people to enrich their lifestyles by adding sports to their daily lives."
The flagship store, "COMPASS HOUSE," primarily handles consulting and planning related to the ski and cycling business, backcountry guiding services, client negotiations, boot and ski processing, and specialized work such as tuning. As a professional shop, they don't just sell; they thoroughly support customers in choosing the right products by engaging in one-on-one conversations. They also provide excellent after-sales service for purchased items, and to ensure high-quality service, visits are by appointment only.
The shop is located on Oyu Street near Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort as the "COMPASS VILLAGE store," and has become a popular spot where many skiers stop by to enjoy shopping and chatting with the staff

COMPASS HOUSE also serves as ARMADA Ski's test center. All of the staff are riders and ski lovers who place the on-site snowy mountains above all else. Whether the conditions are good or bad, they head up the mountain almost every morning to ski

② Traveling BC Ski tours mainly around the mountains of Shinshu (Nozawa, Shiga, Hakuba, Joetsu). Occasionally, there are expeditions to other areas... Past tours are posted on the blog.

Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort is open in the summer, offering a variety of activities. The Yamabiko area also offers mountain biking trails. During the summer ski resort season, M't Dock Nagasaka, located inside the Nagasaka Center House, operates as a bike rental and tour guide desk. ARMADA Ski's Advisory Staff & rider.
Started skiing at age 2 and began mogul skiing at age 7. At age 12, began competing in official mogul competitions and entering the park. At age 15, met Yudai Ueno at a park session and started his rider career. Later moved his home base to Ishiuchi Maruyama. Expanded his activities to include competing in the World Junior Championships, domestic competitions, and movie shoots. At age 23, moved to Nozawa Onsen Village. Worked at COMPASSHOUSE. Currently, his ski life has shifted to focusing mainly on skiing, and he is constantly exploring new ways to enjoy skiing.
