TRUNKBASE is a professional ski shop with a physical store in Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture. In addition to ski equipment, they also carry skate equipment and apparel

Adjacent to the store is an indoor trampoline for competitive use, a trampoline for kids, and a skate ramp. It can be used all year round, regardless of the weather. It's great for training or for leisure activities with friends
Additionally, TRUNKBASE Zao, which opened as our second store in the 2020-21 season, is offering free ski rentals during the season. You can test ride park, freeride, and powder skis

Skateboarding and trampolines. We offer skating as an off-season activity for skiers. During the off-season, we also hold lessons on the trampoline inside the store. We offer lessons for beginners to help them master ski tricks

Owner Mikiya Tanno
After competing in slopestyle and halfpipe freestyle competitions, he launched TRUNKBASE. He is currently based in Yamagata and is involved in various skiing activities. He shares his photography activities and the joys of skiing. In the 2019-2020 season, he will also be a radio personality on FM Yamagata's "Chair Lift Radio."
