Carefully prepared dishes using ingredients from Shinshu that have been lovingly grown

Bellheart has always been committed to using its own homegrown vegetables and rice, making the most of the blessings of the Hakuba mountain foothills and Tsugaike Plateau, including its suitable soil, climate, and delicious water.

Chef Yoshino, originally from Obihiro, Hokkaido, who has been in charge of Bellheart's kitchen for many years, cultivates the ingredients himself, insists on making everything by hand, and lovingly prepares these ingredients, which he then coordinates in an exquisite balance to serve to customers.
