Hirata Inn in Tsugaike Kogen | A hotel with many selling points, including guide services | Hakuba

Hirata is full of gourds

"Tsugaike Kogen no Yado Hirata" boasts a panoramic view of the Hakuba mountain range of the Northern Alps right in front of the entrance, with the Kane no Naru Oka ski slope right beside it. It's also

conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk to the gondola. You can easily return to the inn for a rest when you're tired of skiing, head out for a night run while watching the snowfall, or even be the first to enjoy the powder in the morning after a snowfall! At Hirata, all of this is easy to do.

In addition to its location, Hirata's charm lies in its delicious food and its homey atmosphere, where guests are encouraged to "feel free to talk to us about anything related to skiing, Tsugaike, or any problems you may have." You can ask about anything related to skiing? What does that mean...?

The young master of the inn is mountain guide Shinya Hirata, and
you can also experience mountain skiing.

The young owner of "Hirata" is Hirata Shinya, a guide who is a member of the Shinshu Mountaineering Guides and Otarimurayama Guides Association. After competing as a Nordic skier during his student days, Hirata also took up telemark skiing and mountain skiing, and represented Japan at the 2011 World Ski Championships in Italy. In the summer, he provides guide services, and in the winter, he offers cross-country skiing and mountain skiing lessons
