From February 22nd (Sat) to 23rd (Sun), 2025, the "2025-2026 New Model Test Ride" event will be held by ski pro shop Mt. Peaks at Katashina Kogen Ski Resort in Gunma Prefecture. This will be the first test ride event hosted by a pro shop, and will feature many popular brands, including ARMADA, SALOMON, K2, LINE, FACTION, ATOMIC, and ICELANTIC! It's great to be able to compare the latest models from each manufacturer all at once. Plus, if you participate in the test ride, you'll save 1,100 yen on your adult one-day lift ticket, which is normally 4,900 yen, but will now be 3,800 yen!
This is a good chance to try out the new models you're interested in incredible in the best conditions of the top season!
Therefore, STEEP is looking for test drive reporters from our users.
On the day, we will be test riding many skis and asking for your impressions of the ride feel and the performance of the skis you have experienced. We would especially like to hear from people who have a strong interest in gear, who are particular about it, and who actively share their opinions on social media
Why not take your time to consider new models, such as comparing fat skiing with the accumulated powder and checking the sharpness of the carving with the Gloomburn packed with fresh snow?

About applying for STEEP test drive porter
Application deadline: Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
We are seeking test ride reporters on a daily basis, with 2-3 applicants each for Saturday, February 22 and Sunday, February 23.
Selection will be based on the information provided at the time of application, taking into account factors such as skiing skill level and preferences.
STEEP will cover the participation fee for selected reporters, but no lift tickets or compensation will be provided.
On Saturday, February 22, test rides will be held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by a one-hour roundtable discussion with all reporters
