"❆ hitsuji ❆ 🐑💨💨 🐕💨"

──Please introduce yourself

26 years of skiing experience.
I am a weekend leisure skier who spends several hours each way going to the snowy mountains every weekend for the sole purpose of skiing comfortably. The number of days of skiing is increasing year by year, and this season's goal is 65 days of skiing.

──What's your most memorable day this season?

My first memory of this season is the Grand Snow Okuibuki Ski Resort on New Year's Eve, where I went on an expedition with my eldest son at the end of last year.
This is the first ski resort I visited on the fifth day after visiting the ski resorts in Nagano, Yamanashi, Gifu, and Shiga. It was already snowing heavily when we arrived late at night, and the next morning we had to clear the snow from the car. Unfortunately, the snow was compacted in the morning, but heavy snow continued to fall during the day, and the slopes were covered with fresh snow wherever I skied. In the afternoon, it snowed even more, and my son and I plunged into the fresh snow on the ski course, which was so fluffy that we were buried up to our knees. What surprised me the most was that my son skied well on fresh snow for the first time!

The 20-21 season was blessed with this amount of snow and powder in Okuibuki.
Maybe your son was also fascinated by the charm of powder?

──Please tell me how to use the yukiyama app

I learned about the yukiyama app last year, and since I had been recording my skiing with another app until then, I started using it for the purpose of keeping a record of my skiing.
When we went skating in a large group, we would use the group function to allow each of us to skate freely, while also keeping track of each other's positions and rejoining at the right time. When I started using the app, I wasn't aware of the SNS function, so I used to upload photos and write comments as a record of my skiing.
And there were people who gave me comments, and the range of utilization spread at once from there. Now, as a reliable tool for obtaining the latest information, you can decide your weekend destination by referring to other users' photos and comments, and conversely, you can use information that will be helpful for everyone's destination selection, and if you can't go to the snowy mountains. I try to upload photos and comments as timely as possible as a tool to deliver raw information so that you can enjoy it.
I also like skating alone, so there are times when I forget myself and keep skating without eating lunch, but I wonder if there are people who are doing the same thing... (laughs) Through the yukiyama app, I think the biggest attraction of this app is that you can meet a lot of friends. I met many new people this season \(^^)/

──Please tell me the recommended points of the home slope

This season's home slope will be Yachiho Kogen Ski Resort.
This ski resort is located on the east side of Mt. Yatsugatake and has a relatively high altitude of 1830m. Although it is smaller than other ski resorts and is run by Motomachi, the biggest attraction of this ski resort is its high percentage of fine weather and the high quality of the snow due to its altitude.
Although there is little natural snowfall, the temperature at night is extremely low, and by taking advantage of that characteristic, it is possible to stably create snow using artificial snow machines, and the fact that the season opens earlier than other ski resorts is also attractive. One. Because of that, most of the season starts at this ski resort for the last 10 years. In particular, the groundwork is hard on the gentle slope, and carving on the perfectly flat Pistenbahn first thing in the morning is the best! Is this also unique to small ski resorts? The slope maintenance is perfect compared to the big ski resorts!

are your goals for the next season, what do you want to improve on, what tricks do you want to try, and what are your enthusiasm? I would like to continue Also, I've been avoiding bumps for many years because of my knee pain (laughs).

── Last word!
I'm getting better every year through skiing. Through the yukiyama app, I hope to meet many people, learn various ways to have fun, and be inspired to enjoy the snowy mountains even more. The yukiyama app is the best!! Isn't it (^^)v
