K2 Japan | Freeride new model test drive event held as early as possible

2022-2023 NEW model test drive events for users have started in various places. Until now, most of the general test ride events started in March, but it seems that the event has moved forward at once.

On January 15th and 16th, K2 and LINE held a joint test ride event at the Niseko Moiwa Ski Resort.

K2, which specializes in freeride skis, LINE has fat skis, twin-tip models, swallowtail skis, and many other types of skis that are hard to see their potential on compacted snow slopes. This is a unique opportunity for users.

The next event will be held on the weekend of February 5th and 6th in front of Happo-One Ski Resort Usagidaira Terrace.

Attention is this! Introducing the K2 Dispatch series

The Dispatch is a new model that was born as part of the K2 Free Tour series.

Between the freeride Mindbender series and the touring Wayback series, this ski has a new structure that makes it easy to walk and slide.

There are three types of skis with center widths of 101, 110, and 120. K2's specialty twin rocker and camber, equipped with a HEX-BEAM system using Titanal in areas where you want to increase strength. It is designed to be extremely light and has a higher sliding strength, so it is finished to provide a light sliding that is easy to handle.

Dispatch boots are also new models. In K2, Mindbender was the only model that supported tech binding so far, but more series have been added. There are 5 types in the lineup, including the top model PRO, LT, and W.

Like skis, it is characterized by comfortable climbing and powerful sliding. It can be said that these boots pursue lightness in everything from the structure of the shell to the sole and innerwear, and also seek a robust finish that can withstand strong slippage.
