Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort is hosting its annual spring test ride event for next season's new models. It will be held for three days from April 10th (Fri) to 12th (Sun)! The test ride will take place in the Yamabiko area. Yamabiko in spring is a great spot for spring skiing, as you can also enjoy playing with the terrain. Many freeride ski and snowboard brands will be exhibiting, and the best part is that participation is free. This might be one of the last chances to try out new skis on Honshu!

SKI&OUTDOOR Mt.Peaks | Part 2! 2026-2027 NEW MODEL TEST RIDE
Following the first event held at Katashina Kogen Ski Resort at the end of February, Mt. Peaks is holding its second test ride event. The venue is the popular Yuzawa Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. This time, too, the test ride categories will cover a wide range of genres, including racing, demo, all-mountain, freeskiing, and powder. Knowledgeable staff will provide friendly and thorough assistance, and the event is also popular for its homey atmosphere. This is a great opportunity to try out many different brands and categories.
To participate in the test ride event, you must register as an Arigaen Golf/Mt. Peaks member (free). Membership registration is available via the Arigaen Golf app QR code. Anyone can participate by registering as a member on the day of the test ride event.

Ishii Sports | 2026-2027 New Model Ski Test Ride
Every year, Ishii Sports caravans across Japan to offer test rides on their new models. This season, the event begins on February 21st at Hyonoyama International Ski Resort and will be held at eight locations nationwide. A wide variety of new ski models will be available, including racing, demo, and freeride models. The demo models will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
In addition to skis, you can also try out boots, goggles, helmets, and more in the field. Discount tickets will be distributed at the venues, but it's best to use them on the day of the test ride. If you reserve on the spot, you can get an additional discount on top of the early bird special price, allowing you to get the new models at the lowest price of the year. ATOMIC TEST DRIVE 2026
This is a test ride event where you can experience various Atomic skis on an actual snowy mountain. The attraction is that highly specialized staff, including top athletes who are guests, will give you advice on the settings that suit your skiing technique and preferences. VECTOR GLIDE GLIDE ON GROOVE
This season's VECTOR GLIDE DEMO TOUR, "GLIDE ON GROOVE," will be held at three venues nationwide. The official website describes it as "a test ride event where you can try out skis and snowboards that pursue uncompromising craftsmanship and turning performance. Enjoy skiing like the groove of music," and will deliver a new riding experience along with pleasant music in collaboration with JAZZY SPORT."

A lineup of models is selected to suit the area characteristics and field conditions of each location, allowing participants to experience the matching of the ski's individual characteristics with the snow quality and terrain

Nekoma Mountain | NEKOMA MOUNTAIN FEST 2026
"NEKOMA MOUNTAIN FEST 2026" is a winter festival at Nekoma Mountain. It's a packed event with activities, including a ski and snowboard test ride event, "THE UNINVITED 2026" being held for the first time in Japan, as well as booths and night events.
