Listel Ski Fantasia, a ski resort in Inawashiro Town, Fukushima Prefecture, is known as a mecca for mogul skiing. The Listel Water Jump is a summer jump training facility located on the grounds of the Hotel Listel Inawashiro, in front of the ski resort's center house. It
is also known as a training camp site for the All Japan National Team, and is used by mogul and freestyle skiers to hone their skills during the off-season.
It's easily accessible, just a 10-minute drive from the nearest interchange, but it's important to be aware of your own abilities before visiting, as snowboarding requires a certain level of skill (intermediate or above) to prevent falls and injuries. Also, keep in mind that you'll need to bring all items with you, except for your helmet, wetsuit, and life jacket. Check the official website in advance to see what to bring
Jump ramps for different purposes and levels

"Step 1" is safe for first-time water jumpers, as it doesn't pick up much speed, allowing you to get a feel for "gliding" and "diving" with peace of mind. Helmets and life jackets are also available to borrow free of charge
For those looking to take their skills to the next level, there are two types of kickers available specifically for "mogul one-make" training: one designed for mogul aerial training and another with a slope setting that makes it easy to jump from even a snowboard.
Each has two starting levels, allowing for gradual training according to skill level. The mogul kicker is a professional-grade facility, used by the All Japan team for their training camps.
A full-scale competitive trampoline

There is also a full-scale competitive trampoline set up exclusively for water jumpers, perfect for warming up before jumping or for practicing your tricks
After practice, you can use the large public bath for free

Water jumpers can use the large public bath at Hotel Listel Inawashiro's Wing Tower for free, which is a nice perk for warming up your body immediately after practicing in the pool, which can be surprisingly cold even in summer. You can receive a large public bath voucher in exchange for your ID at the reception counter in the Center House, and then hand it over at the reception counter at the Wing Tower B1 Kurhaus (large public bath reception). From the Inawashiro hot spring, which has its source on the premises, you can enjoy seasonal views of Lake Inawashiro and other areas
