The Freeride World Tour (FWT) is an international freeride competition that began in Switzerland in 1996. This season, the domestic competition, the 2025 FWT JAPAN SERIES, will be held at three venues: Hakuba Valley, Yuzawa Nakazato Snow Resort, and Lotte Arai Resort
The HAKUBA VALLEY tournament will be held in the backcountry area. It will be one of the few 4* tournaments in the world, and fierce competition is expected among the competitors.
In addition to the FWT Qualifier, the FWT Junior will also be held at LOTTE ARAI RESORT and Yuzawa Nakazato Snow Resort. These two venues are located in lift-accessible areas, making them ideal for spectating the tournament.
