Salary and benefits
- According to our company regulations. Benefits based on experience
(e.g., full-time employee: monthly salary of 200,000 to 280,000 yen, contract employee: monthly salary of 200,000 to 270,000 yen, hourly wage of 1,100 to 1,400 yen) - Bonuses, various insurance and pension plans, weekends, holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
- Transportation expenses and various allowances are provided (in accordance with company regulations). Base salary and allowances are determined based on experience, qualifications, etc
Contract period
- Full-time employee: All year round
- Contract employee: Year-round or winter only *There is a system to become a full-time employee after six months to one year of employment
