COWDAY is a snowboarding event series that began in 2015. Some people may have seen the two events: COWDAY STREET, which takes place in Kita-Mido, Osaka in November, and COWDAY SLOPE, an international competition officially recognized by FIS
As part of the COWDAY series, the "COWDAY SNOW CREATIVE FEST" will be held again this year, showcasing photos and videos to promote snowboarding as art
This year's theme is "Being pierced, not going viral."
Rather than aiming to spread on social media, free and heartfelt snowboarding expression is valued.
There are three categories for entries: the basic "Video Category (medium-length and long)" and "Photo Category," plus a new "Short Video Category" that was added this year. This makes it easier for people who feel that the medium-length and long features are too difficult to enter
The submission period is from August 1st to August 31st. Why not enter with your "instant hit" piece of work?

*The grand prize winners in each category will receive the following prizes:
Video category: 400,000 yen

■Judging process
September: First round of judging for all works (evaluation by judges)
October: Works that pass the first round of judging will be announced on the official COWDAY account (scheduled to be streamed live)
Saturday, November 8th: A screening and awards ceremony will be held and the grand prize winner will be announced
