Tadashi Fuse a professional snowboarder who has continued to lead the Japanese snowboarding scene , is celebrating his 30th anniversary this season. To commemorate this major milestone, an anniversary event, "Back to Roots, Back to Snow - TADASHI FUSE 30th Snow Gathering," will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Tengendai Plateau in Yamagata Prefecture.
Over his 30 years of skiing down snowy mountains around the world, Fuse has always valued "respect for the snowy mountains" and "connections with his friends."
As the name suggests, this event is a place to return to the roots of snowboarding. Being drawn to the snowy mountains, skiing with friends, and developing a culture from there - the aim is for all participants to share this true charm of snowboarding.
On the day, there will be a wealth of content, including an on-snow session with Tadashi Fuse himself, brand booths where you can experience the latest gear, and even a film preview and talk show that will give you a deeper insight into snowboarding culture.
There is no need to apply in advance or pay a participation fee.
