Stylist Natsuko Kaneko will be holding "SKI POP UP Natsuko's Room" from November 7th to November 9th at the Hako Gallery in Yoyogi, Tokyo.
This pop-up was first held in October of last year, and has significantly more content than the previous one.
Highlights
The highlight of the event will be the exhibition and fitting of the autumn/winter collections of 13 brands. In addition to the exhibition of skiwear and accessories selected by Kaneko, there will also be attendant time set aside for staff from each brand to be present during the event. In addition to in-depth discussions, they will also be available to give advice to those who are still unsure about skiwear
There will also be second-hand ski T-shirts for sale, a winter bookstore, a sales corner with a selection of ski socks, and an eat-in area where you can drink coffee and craft beer

, Haglofs, Norrona, Houdini, Permanent Union, Klattermusen, Arc'teryx
, Bogen, Teton Bros., Pock, Hestra, Sweet Protection, and Sorel.

The message that Kaneko wants to convey
Kaneko is a stylist, avid skier, and nature-loving outdoor activist, and through this event she hopes to spread the appeal of skiing and encourage more people to enjoy nature. As such, rather than simply introducing ski gear, the event will incorporate knowledge gained from her own experiences that cannot be found in professional ski shops. For those who are interested in skiing or want to try it, this is an easy barrier to overcome

Furthermore, as she says, "I hope this will be an opportunity to talk about skiing with many people before winter arrives," the atmosphere is such that it seems that the event will attract a wide variety of visitors, including not only ski and outdoor enthusiasts, but also those who want to try skiing for the first time, and those who are interested in skiing as a fashion trend. With the opportunity to relax with a coffee or craft beer in hand, it seems that communication will be even more enjoyable. You might even meet someone you never expected
In other words, it will allow anyone to share the joy of skiing that she loves, lowering the barrier to starting skiing, and it will also become a community space where core skiers can exchange information and interact with each other before the season begins
Why not visit this temporary gateway to the winter mountains in a corner of Tokyo?
