The lottery sale for the "SNOW HEAVEN Season Pass," which can be used at 16 ski resorts, mainly in Niigata Prefecture, will begin on Monday, October 23, 2023. The pass is sold by "SNOW HEAVEN," a free paper and website that provides information on unique slopes and the latest news, mainly in Niigata. This year, there will be a limited number of passes, just 30. The SNOW HEAVEN Executive Committee, which sells the pass, aims to create a sustainable snow scene by encouraging people to travel between ski resorts in a wide area, mainly in Niigata Prefecture, with the pass allowing them to travel flexibly between them
