"Stuben Magazine" is creating a new book that conveys the culture of skiing and life in snowy regions
Stuben Magazine (published by Upashi Productions) launched a crowdfunding campaign on Friday, June 10, 2022, to produce its latest issue, its sixth. The campaign aims to raise 5 million yen and will continue to solicit support until Friday, July 15
First published in 2015, this book is based in Niseko and is based on the concept of "Messages from Snow Country." It not only contains articles about skiing and snowboarding, but also covers snow culture from various perspectives, including the lives of the people who live in snow country, as well as the culture and history
Issue 6 is scheduled to be published in late November. For this production, the group is seeking cooperation not only from supporting companies but also from readers and many other people through crowdfunding, in order to discover a new way of creating books and take on the challenge of taking the next step
