It has been announced that professional skier Koga Hoshino, who is invigorating the freeride scene both in Japan and overseas, will join Team Creve, which was established by Creve Sports, a store based in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, with the aim of supporting athletes and revitalizing winter sports.
Team Creve has many athletes on its roster, including Ryu Sugai, the first Japanese to win a bronze medal at the Ski Cross World Championships, and Hayata Wakatsuki, an alpine skier based in Europe who competes in the World Cup.

27 years old, originally from Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture.
Influenced by his grandparents who run a ski inn at the foot of Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort and his parents who work at the ski resort, he has been on the slopes since he was old enough to understand. He became fascinated with the world of freestyle through competition, and his unique style has attracted attention, especially from snow park users.
In the 2022 FWQ, the highest level competition in Japan, he placed first for the second consecutive tournament, and will now be competing in the World Championships. Furthermore, in November 2024, he became the first Japanese to take first place in the world at the world-famous street riding video contest "B-DOG OFF THE LEASH ONLINE VIDEO CONTEST" hosted by Phil Casabon.
