Hoshino Resorts' style ski lesson "Yuki Kids 70," where you can improve your skiing skills naturally while having fun, will be held again this year.
"Yuki Kids 70" is a Hoshino Resorts-style ski lesson that not only allows you to experience winter activities, but also incorporates methods to ensure that you improve your skiing skills. Lessons will be held at three facilities: "Risonare Yatsugatake," "Risonare Tomamu," and "Nekoma Mountain." Risonare Yatsugatake and Risonare Tomamu have dedicated areas for Yuki Kids 70, allowing you to make your skiing debut with peace of mind.
Features of Yuki Kids 70
1. A dedicated area for Snow Kids 70, where you can make your skiing debut with peace of mind

The Yuki Kids 70 area is only available to participants, so you can practice without worrying about skiers and snowboarders gliding down the slopes.
At the Yuki Kids 70 Snow Park at RISONARE Yatsugatake, Yuki Kids 70 Level 1 lessons are held free of charge in the facility. Participants practice stopping on skis on two slopes with different inclines. By practicing on two slopes, participants will naturally step up and gain a feel for skiing at a ski resort.
At RISONARE Tomamu, there are raft boards that travel within the area, shortening travel time and ensuring sufficient skiing. In an environment designed to ensure steady improvement, participants will quickly become proficient and be able to make their skiing debut.
*Nekoma Mountain will not be held in the Yuki Kids 70 area, but in the beginners' area.
2. Levels are set according to skill level, from beginner to advanced

Yuki Kids 70 is divided into six levels with 70 steps. RISONARE Yatsugatake offers lessons up to level 3, Nekoma Mountain up to level 5, and RISONARE Tomamu up to level 6. Level 1 is the entry point for first-time skiers, incorporating movements children are familiar with, such as playing "Rock, Paper, Scissors" and "Daruma-san ga Koronda" (Daruma-san ga Koronda) while wearing skis. As
you clear each level, your skiing will improve rapidly, and you will be able to ski freely on the slopes. Furthermore, level 6 takes place in the "Advanced Ski Area," where you can enjoy the ungroomed snow of the ski resort's snowy mountains. You can receive advanced-level lessons in an area where you can ski through the undulating wooded forest.
| Lesson Level | Lesson Content |
| Level 1 (steps 01 to 21) | Learn how to use the equipment, create a triangle with your skis, and stop at will |
| Level 2 (Steps 22-34) | You can control your speed while keeping your skis in a triangular position and turn in the direction you want |
| Level 3 (Steps 35-45) | By mastering the techniques of plow turns and stem turns, you will be able to turn freely on gentle to medium slopes |
| Level 4 (Steps 46-56) | By making full use of your turning techniques, you can change the way you turn and control your speed according to the terrain conditions |
| Level 5 (Steps 57-62) | You can ski down steep slopes and uneven terrain with short or long turns, and also down mogul slopes |
| Level 6 (steps 63-70) | You can have fun skiing anywhere, whether you're trying out jumps and boxes at the snow park, or skiing on the tree run course or in the fresh snow area |
3. Visualize your progress with the "Electronic Lesson Chart" and "Snow Kids 70-Pin Badge"

The lesson content is the same at RISONARE Yatsugatake, RISONARE Tomamu, and Nekoma Mountain. In addition, each individual's lesson data is digitized and can be shared and viewed by instructors at all three facilities. By sharing lesson data, you can continue lessons at any time and step up without having to go back. In addition, there are "Yuki Kids 70 Pin Badges" available, each with a different color and design for each level. These were originally created with the hope that participants would collect them like medals as proof of their efforts. Carry your pin badge with you as you aim to improve your skiing at various locations throughout the season
