The best-selling car of the 2024-2025 season

The STANCE series was developed in 2020 with the aim of delivering high performance both on and off the piste. While oriented towards freeride and all-mountain skiing, the main field of skiing is on-piste. With a mission to provide such skiers with powerful and stable skiing in a variety of conditions, the company has refined its technology

The STANCE's edge grip, especially its ability to provide stable skiing even on hard surfaces and at high speeds, has been highly praised, with one ski pro shop describing it as "the best-selling board of the 2024-2025 season." This popular board, STANCE, is being completely reborn for the 2025-2026 season, incorporating new technology and construction

While maintaining excellent edge hold, the skis have improved agility and offer greater freedom of maneuverability. "Fast, fun, and agile. This is what a true all-around ski is," says SALOMON. This was made possible by the new structure of SALOMON's new technology, "Power Flex TI," which was newly adopted for the 2025-2026 season

POWERFLEX TI

This technology provides strong edge grip and energy transfer by placing titanium in the center of the ski. Furthermore, the toe piece and heel piece were also filled with titanium in a thin rod-like shape. Strategically placed titanal sheets increase reactivity and stability, and also effectively absorb vibrations during gliding. This allows for high edge grip and smooth carving even with hard burns.

Wide steel edge:

By widening the steel edge, durability and grip on the snow are enhanced, improving stability in various conditions.

Full poplar wood core.

Poplar wood is used throughout the ski, making it lightweight, highly resilient, and stable

STANCE looks at the present and future

The 2025-2026 STANCE skis are designed to redefine the definition of all-mountain and all-around skiing. It's easy to say that all-mountain skis are skis that can handle any situation, but whether there is any evidence to back up that claim is another matter

STANCE's new PowerFlex TI technology seamlessly combines the on-piste performance honed in its alpine race models, such as its powerful edge hold, with the off-piste performance honed in its freeride models, such as its high agility and maneuverability, creating a synergistic effect. In other words, these performance capabilities function adaptively to the skiing situation, allowing you to ski lightly and enjoyably in any condition

Recent environmental changes were also taken into consideration when STANCE underwent a full model change. Due to the effects of climate change, there are more and more cases around the world where there is insufficient snowfall during the peak season, and the snow on slopes tends to loosen earlier. In such conditions, narrow skis tend to sink into the snow, making it difficult to control and making it difficult to enjoy skiing as much as you would like. On the other hand, wide-shaped skis maintain buoyancy on the snow, allowing for stable, smooth, and free-flowing skiing

The relatively small radius also allows for excellent turning, making it easy for intermediate skiers and those less confident in their power to ride and enjoy cruising to their heart's content
