Instead of the previous full sidewall that stretched from tip to tail, it has been changed to a short sidewall that is concentrated only under the feet. This brings the flex point, the part of the ski that is most likely to bend, closer to the toe piece, making the flex more pronounced and softer, making it easier to butter and play than ever before.
