BLASTRACK's second full rocker "ROC118" debuts!

Blastrack is a freeski brand from Ogasaka Factory that was launched in 2011. All of their products use only natural wood cores, without any metal, making them uniquely lightweight and flexible

The premium model "SILVA," which debuted in the 2021-2022 season, features a full rocker shape that was not available in BLASTRACK until now. Based on the company's unique "LONG NOSE" technology, this full rocker shape reduces resistance from the snow surface, and was achieved through repeated testing

The second full rocker model from BLASTRACK, which inherits that know-how, is the ROC118

"LONG NOSE" is a shovel-shaped nose created with different radius arcs, and its shape rises gently from the point of contact with the snow to the tip. On ungroomed snow, it grips the snow surface smoothly, and the long contact length provides buoyancy and stability

The "LONG NOSE" offers control on both ungroomed and groomed runs. On groomed runs, the wide-body model's LONG-NOSE shape shortens the contact length, improving maneuverability. It also allows for sharp turns while still providing edge contact with the soles of your feet

The ROC118, born from this "LONG NOSE" technology, enables high-speed turns that are unimaginable from its light weight and soft flex. The full rocker shape reduces the amount of bending of the ski to a certain extent. This allows you to concentrate the bending effort on complex mountain terrain, resulting in dynamic riding
