The name of the guide club, "Endekashi", is a dialect of the Otari and Hakuba regions, and it comes from the combination of endek (walking) + kashi (imperative), meaning "walk". there is In order to encounter a good "hotei" (this is also a dialect of the Hakuba region for "new snow surface"), the end is "endegashi".

If you are trying backcountry for the first time or are not confident in your physical strength or experience, start here.
