Yuji Emoto | Drawing yourself on a blank canvas with international mountain guide Yuji Emoto | Nagano Prefecture

Play with the Earth together with world-class mountain specialists

Yuji Emoto offers backcountry guiding services both domestically and internationally. Yuji Emoto entered the French National Ski and Mountaineering School (ENSA), one of the most prestigious in the world for mountaineering, and obtained his ski instructor qualification in 1999 and his national mountain guide qualification in 2002. As the only Japanese person to hold both qualifications, he has worked as a local guide in Chamonix, France, a mecca for mountaineering, making him a specialist among specialists.

Under the motto "Let's play with the Earth," he offers backcountry guiding in Hakuba, Gifu, Tohoku, Hokkaido, and other locations, as well as in Switzerland, France, and other countries.

Away from the slopes, you can enjoy the joy of skiing freely in nature, and draw the lines you imagine on the pure white canvas of the snowy mountains. This is the kind of experience you can fully enjoy in backcountry skiing
