I visited the new shop "F.JANCK" in Kanda, Tokyo.

Kanda is known as a town of old books, a town of curry, a town of music, and a town of winter sports.
A new ski/snowboard shop has opened in this town.
Its name is F.JANK.

Located on Yasukuni-dori Street within a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Awajicho Station, Shin-Ochanomizu Station, and Ogawa Station, the shops are formerly a ski shop, ``Sports Crew,'' and a snowboard shop, ``F.JANCK.'' " is a form that has been completed by uniting.
F.JANK originally operated as a snowboard shop in another location in Kanda for 25 years, but in May of this year it moved and was reborn as a shop that handles both skis and snowboards.

The first floor is a snowboard corner. It faces the road, so if you pass by, you will immediately recognize it.

The entire five-story building is a shop, and the sales area is large. Snowboard gear is lined up on the first floor, and skis are displayed on the second floor. Ski gear is divided into 30% park, 30% all-mountain, 30% technical, and 10% kids. It maintains a development that is almost the same as the content that was placed in the sports crew era. However, as the store expanded, the number of products increased, and products other than gliding gear such as alpine skins began to line up.

It is easy to compare and consider because you can see multiple ski scene products in one place
Compared to the sports crew era, we have supplemented the all-mountain lineup
Extensive range of boots
There is also a board of season. launched by Eric Pollard, a hot topic this season

The good point is not only that the ski sales area has expanded. Since the 3rd to 5th floors are clothing and accessory corners, you can now choose not only gear but also a large number of soft goods. The products are mainly snowboard and outdoor brands. Even so, THE NORTH FACE and PATAGONIA have the latest lineup, and there are 686, QUICKSILVER, and P.RHYTHM OUTERWEAR that are popular for both skiing and snowboarding, so you can choose your wear without any problems.

Snowboard wear has a large proportion, but major outdoor brands are also lined up
The entire floor is an accessory corner
Snowboard-like wear and apparel

Originally, the functionality required in snowy mountains does not change much between skis and snowboards, so there is not much of a problem. The same goes for goggles, gloves, and helmets. There is little difference in the features required in either category. Products that are easy for anyone to pick up are on display.

On the contrary, there are products that are hard to find in ski shops alone, so if you come to F.JANCK, you can buy snowboard-related soft goods and apparel together.

Finally, Mr. Tsumura, who became the new ski floor manager, said,
"The shop is now clean, so please come and visit us!"

Mr. Tsumura, the floor manager, is a former free skier. There are always 2-3 staff members in the store, so feel free to ask any questions.

It's getting colder soon, and you're thinking about preparing for winter! How about visiting the new store?
