Nakayama Pass Ski Resort | Fun Park

Nakayama Pass Ski Resort is also attractive because it is almost never crowded.

Sapporo's convenience park is open from early to late than anywhere else.

Nakayama Pass is only 60 minutes from downtown Sapporo.
Although it is in a good location with direct access from the national highway, the snow falls very quickly due to its location at an altitude of 830 meters, and it is one of the earliest ski resorts in Hokkaido, opening in early November with natural snow and closing late. It's famous and popular. Although it is a very compact ski resort with one lift and two courses, it has many fans, including Hokkaido residents, and has a reputation for having a well-stocked park, especially during the spring ski season.

The spring ski season, which started on April 1, 2024, will run until May 6.
The rumored "Fun Park" will start operating from April 6th. As shown in the photo above, items such as kickers, spines, boxes, and rails of different sizes are also kept in check. Particularly popular are long, well-shaped continuous waves. With Wave, you can enjoy it even if it's your first time at the park or if you're a beginner skier. What's more, the spectacular view of Mt. Yotei from Nakayama Pass is worth seeing. It would be a great place to take a day trip from the Sapporo area for a hike in Haruyama, or to stop by on your way to Niseko in a rental car.
