White World Oze Iwakura ['25-26]

White World Oze Iwakura is located just two and a half hours from Tokyo and boasts one of the largest slopes in the Kanto region, with a total of 16 courses. It is renowned for being one of the places in the Kanto region where you can expect dry powder, and the snow quality on cold days is said to rival that of Hokkaido.

The slopes are designed to be wide and spacious overall. The course layout is excellent, and it's convenient that you can cover most of the courses with just one gondola.

You can enjoy all types of riding here, from powder to steep slopes, moguls, long runs, and groomed runs. Of course, you can also take the lift to get to your favorite runs, so the great thing about this ski resort is that you can choose your riding style according to your preference.

"Onsen & Lounge MONE -Kiono no Yu-" 1st Anniversary

Kioto no Yu is a natural hot spring with a collection of approximately 6,000 books. It opened last year as the prefecture's first day spa and lounge produced by Ofuro Café, and has become a favorite with skiers and locals alike, celebrating its first anniversary this winter.

With an open workspace overlooking the slopes, a hideaway bar for adults, and a spacious kids' space, it's a space the whole family can enjoy all day, even in bad weather, and is also available for day trips. As a facility attached to a ski resort, it will enrich and expand the ways to enjoy the snowy mountains.

A dog run area has opened next to the gondola station!

A new dog run area has opened this season next to the gondola station, just off the parking lot. Until now, dogs have had to wait in the car or stay at home, but here they can run around freely on the snow and enjoy the snowy world together.

This famous course at White World Oze Iwakura is a long 2,800m course that stretches from the gondola summit station at an elevation of 1,675m to the base (1,006m) and offers spectacular skiing with an elevation difference of approximately 600m. You'll want to indulge in carving on the beautiful groomed runs that are well-packed. It connects to the family course, allowing you to ski a total of 3,200m.

For advanced skiers, we recommend the Upper Expert Course. It is a steep, ungroomed slope with an average gradient of 40 degrees and a width of 150m, and after a snowfall, you can enjoy the open feeling, thrill of falling, and floating sensation that only a wide course can offer.

This ungroomed course can be skied from the summit. Of the several ungroomed courses, it can be skied from the highest elevation and is quite long. The morning after a snowfall, of course, it's perfect for powder hunting! In the spring, this is an advanced course with moguls.
