On Saturday, March 1st and Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture will be hosting the "DREAM GATES PRESENTS 2025-2026 NEW MODEL POWDER & HEEL-FREE Test Ride Event" by DREAM GATES, home to ski and snowboard pro shops like SKISHOP VAIL, PRO SKISHOP ASPEN, and F-JANCK. Many popular brands, including ARMADA, SALOMON, K2, LINE, FACTION, ATOMIC, ELAN, RMU, and WAPAN, will be gathering! The test ride models are specially designed for powder, all-mountain, and telemark skiing. Being able to compare the hottest new models from each manufacturer all at once is a real draw
This is a great chance to try out new models you're interested in in the best conditions during peak season!
STEEP is therefore looking for test drive reporters from among our users.
On the day, we will be test riding many skis and asking for your impressions of the feel and performance of the skis. We would like to hear from people in their teens to 40s who have a strong interest in gear, are particular about it, and actively share their opinions on social media
Why not take your time to carefully examine the new models, trying out different fat skis on piled-up powder and checking out the sharpness of carving on groomed runs packed with crisp, fresh snow?

STEEP Test Drive Porter Application
Application deadline: Thursday, February 27, 2025.
Test ride reporters will be recruited on a daily basis, with 2-3 applicants each for Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2.
Applications are open to skiers in their late teens to early 40s. Based on the information provided at the time of application, selection will be based on skiing skill level, skiing preferences, and other factors.
Selected reporters must make their own reservations in advance.
While STEEP will provide lunch, lift tickets and compensation will not be provided. Please note.
On Saturday, March 1, test rides will be held from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by a one-hour roundtable discussion with all reporters. We appreciate your cooperation.
