Introducing recommended courses, weather forecasts, and course maps from Mt.T by Hoshino Resorts
Mt.T by Hoshino Resorts (Gunma Prefecture) is a ski resort like this

A mountain ski resort popular with hardcore skiers
Surrounded by mountains over 2,000 meters high, Mt.T by Hoshino Resorts (formerly Tanigawadake Tenjindaira Ski Resort) is spread out between the two peaks of Tenjin Pass and Takakurayama. It is a popular mountain ski resort among hardcore skiers, so much so that during the peak season in January and February, you should expect to fight for the first track on weekends
Once you get off the ropeway, you'll find yourself faced with a vast snowfield. There are only four lifts, but the undulating terrain has many challenging steep slopes, making for a great deal of fun skiing. The harsh weather conditions of the Tanigawa Mountain Range bring an overwhelming amount of snowfall and the finest quality powder snow to the slopes
The backcountry (BC) area extending from the main peak, Mt. Tanigawa, can be accessed via a special gate at the summit. A mountain climbing permit and BC equipment are required. Extreme caution is required when skiing in the BC area, as the terrain is steep, stream-like, and tough, with a high risk of avalanches
Topics from the '25-26 season

Vector Glide's Demo Center has been upgraded!
To allow visitors to fully enjoy the finest powder snow, the "Vector Glide" Demo Center will continue to be open this season, as it was last year. Until now, the rental service has been limited to skis equipped with tech pins for use on snowy mountains, but this season, the rental service will also begin with tech pin-compatible boots. This will provide an environment where visitors can try out the latest gear and enjoy the snowy mountains more freely and easily.

Enjoy specialty gourmet food, craft beer, and an ever-evolving Apres Ski experience to enrich your stay
In addition to the famous mountain gourmet dish "Tanigawadake Bread Gratin" that can be enjoyed at the restaurant with a spectacular view, this season's efforts to enhance the apres ski experience are also noteworthy. With an increased selection of local craft beer and snacks that go well with beer, the resort is evolving into one where you can enjoy not only skiing but also your stay.
*Scheduled to start in mid-January

・Tajirizawa Course

The famous Tajirizawa Course is a long course of about 3km that takes advantage of the valley terrain and allows you to glide down spectacularly under the ropeway line
・Advanced course next to the Tenjin Pass lift

Maximum gradient: 28 degrees, average gradient: 22 degrees / Distance: 500m / Slope orientation: North
This refers to the steep slope area to the right of the bottom of the ski resort, almost at the tree line. From the top at Tenjin Pass, 1,502m above sea level, you can freely ski on a wide range of slopes. This is the first place to go for powder snow after a snowfall. The maximum gradient is 34 degrees. Known as the pass front course, the runs are uneven. This is the main area for powder snow runs. As each run is wide, you don't feel the slope, but the runs are still very challenging. Be careful on icy runs
