Ryuoo Ski Park is located in Kitashiga in the Shiga area.
Because the altitude is very high at 1,930m, you can see the Northern Alps and Sado Island in the distance from the ropeway and the SORA terrace on the middle of the mountain. Sometimes you can see the sun setting behind the sea of clouds. The "Kiotoshi Course" where you can fully enjoy the smooth powder snow guaranteed by the high altitude is Ryuo's proud course where powder freaks all gather. Snow parks are also popular. A fun-themed park for beginners, with small kickers and boxes lined up so that you can step up and improve.

This season, a new park called "Wavy Lines", which resembles snow waves, will be created on all courses. Enjoy flowing rides such as waves, banked slalom, and hips that take advantage of the unique terrain!

Ryuo Ski Park has declared itself the easiest ski resort in Japan to make your snowboarding debut, and offers free snowboarding debut lessons every day. Approximately 7,000 players made their debut last season.
In addition, we will provide free rentals of Bern helmets to support a safe and secure snowboarding debut. Starting this season, the ``Snowy Mountain Snapshot'' service will begin, giving away free photos taken at various locations such as snowboarding debut lessons, ski slopes, cafes, and center houses.

Ryuo's famous course "Kotoshi" has a maximum slope of 36 degrees, and because it faces north, good quality powder accumulates. Ryuo is the only place where you can enjoy a super long run of 1400m over the swamp. It is obligatory to wear a helmet.

The "mountain summit area" is located at an altitude of 1930m. Of these, the ``A Course'' has many gentle slopes with an average slope of 8 degrees, allowing you to leisurely enjoy the dry powder typical of inland areas.
