Sapporo Kokusai is an easily accessible city resort, just a 60-minute drive from Sapporo city, but the amount and quality of snow it offers is unbelievable. During the peak season, it accumulates nearly 3 meters of snow, making it a tough resort where you can ski right up until Golden Week
All the runs are long, so you can enjoy long powder rides after it snows, and when it doesn't snow, you can get drunk on high-speed carving on the beautiful groomed runs. With a vast slope with a maximum run length of 3.6 km and a total of 7 diverse runs, it will satisfy all skiers and snowboarders
From the summit, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sea of Japan, the Ishikari Plain, and the beautiful rows of frost-covered trees, and one of the attractions is that you can truly feel the great outdoors of Hokkaido

"SNOW PLAYGROUND" where anyone can easily play in the snow to their heart's content
A new snow playground, "SNOW PLAYGROUND," has opened, offering fun for all ages, from adults to children, even without skiing! The "Snowboard with Bar," featuring a bar-like railing, eliminates the need for boots and bindings, making it easy for anyone to experience snowboarding. Other unique activities include the thrilling "Snow Racer," a snow go-kart-like experience, as well as "Snow Tube" and "Snow Strider."
Enjoy Sapporo's gourmet cuisine at "Lounge THE 6," a place that offers a relaxing time.
Named after the hexagonal shape of a snowflake, the lounge utilizes the station building of the 6-seater gondola "6 (Six)," which operated from 1984 to 2020. Here, you can relax between skiing sessions, and unwind in the entrance or on the terrace while enjoying views of the ski slopes. The Japanese-style space surrounding the facility's iconic "signage tower" offers a high-quality setting to enjoy the lingering feeling of snow and Hokkaido's cuisine. Unique menu items include roasting marshmallows over a fire pit (artificial bonfire).
