French-style cutlet "Cordon Bleu" @ "Edelweiss"
The Cordon Bleu at the Edelweiss panoramic restaurant is a French-style cutlet made by topping meat with ham and cheese, wrapping it up, and deep-frying it. With one bite, the crispy texture of the outside, the creaminess of the cheese overflowing from the inside, and the juicy flavor of the beef create a wonderful harmony.
