This pro freestyle ski and bicycle shop is run by Dreamship Co., Ltd., founded by owner and freeski pioneer Yuta Ueno. The "Compass Project," which has been operating under the vision of "adding sports to everyday life and continuing to support people in enriching their life's work," is now in its 12th year and has grown significantly. The flagship store,

"COMPASS HOUSE," is primarily responsible for specialized work such as consulting and planning for the ski and bicycle business, backcountry guiding services, client negotiations, boot and ski processing, and tuning. As a pro shop, the shop not only sells products but also provides thorough one-on-one dialogue with customers, thoroughly supporting them in selecting the right products. The shop also offers thorough after-sales service for purchased items, and to ensure high-quality service, customers must make an appointment to visit.

The shop is located on Oyu Street near Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort as the "COMPASS VILLAGE store," and has become a popular spot where many skiers stop by to enjoy shopping and chatting with the staff

COMPASS HOUSE also serves as ARMADA Ski's test center. All of the staff are riders and ski lovers who place the on-site snowy mountains above all else. Whether the conditions are good or bad, they head up the mountain almost every morning to ski

At the beginning of the season, there will be various session events with riders at the ski resort. Once the snow conditions are stable, BC events will be held. Detailed event schedules will be announced on the blog and social media once they are decided

Various BC events are held by Takaya Kawaguchi, director of COMPASS HOUSE, ARMADA rider, and "professional guide traveling the world skiing and surfing."
① BC Training: Beginners and advanced skiers learn essential BC knowledge and proper gear usage from a professional. From basic walking techniques to ropework and emergency rescue training, you'll acquire the solid skills necessary for mountaineering.

② Traveling BC: Skiing mainly in the mountains surrounding Shinshu (Nozawa, Shiga, Hakuba, Joetsu). Occasionally, we also go on expeditions... Past tours are posted on our blog.

Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort is open in the summer, offering a variety of activities. The Yamabiko area also offers mountain biking trails. During the summer ski resort season, M't Dock Nagasaka, located inside the Nagasaka Center House, operates as a bike rental and tour guide desk. A wide range of rentals are available, including the latest and most popular e-bikes. MTB trail guides and various road bike tours are also available
