Introduction ・What is “hometown tax”?

Furusato Nozei is a system that allows people to donate to local governments they want to support.

As a general rule, the full amount of the hometown tax donation that exceeds 2,000 yen is deducted from income tax and resident tax (with a certain upper limit).
In addition, as a "thank you gift" for the donation, the local government will give you a special product unique to the area or an accommodation voucher for your trip, which is a very lucky and happy system.

For those who don't know, let's take a look at the explanation in the video first.

There are several "hometown tax payment sites" that provide easy-to-understand explanations, so please refer to them.

How much can I receive a deduction of 2,000 yen from my co-payment? Quick simulation of your deduction limit

Tax deductions are one of the benefits of hometown tax donations, but there is an upper limit on the amount that can be deducted. Within that range, the actual self-pay is only 2,000 yen, which makes hometown tax payment efficient. The maximum deduction amount varies depending on your annual income, family composition, place of residence, etc., so start by knowing your own maximum deduction amount.

According to the guideline for the fully deductible hometown tax amount (annual upper limit) on the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' "hometown tax portal site", the maximum amount of donation that the self-pay can be within 2,000 yen based on "own salary income" and "family structure". can be confirmed. What are the charms of the two ski resorts that you can enjoy so much with hometown tax

RESORTS
ALTS BANDAI

Spreading out at the foot of Mt. Bandai, Alts Bandai is characterized by its beautiful scenery overlooking Lake Inawashiro and its large scale with 22 courses. As it is operated by Hoshino Resorts, which operates a large number of hotels and facilities in Japan and overseas along with Tomamu, the hospitality and functionality of the facilities, as well as the soft and hard aspects, are of a high quality level.

Skill is origami for skiers. The rime ice area at the innermost part of the ski resort has good snow quality and is rich in natural undulations.

There are plenty of contents that resonate with ski lovers, such as high-speed carving on the first ride, shuttle-like cat skiing on a special course for non-compressed snow operated in the ski resort, and powder skiing. Unlimited play at a certain high-level park. Alts Bandai is a ski resort where the more you go, the more fun you will have and the better your skiing skills will be.

RESORTS
NEKOMA

Urabandai, where Nekoma Ski Resort is located, is one of the heaviest snowfall areas in Japan. At an altitude of 1,000m, the north-facing slopes are covered with ultra-fine particles of snow called "micro-fine snow" unique to Nekoma.

It often rains in large amounts in this area, and even in April, powder riding with accumulated micro-fine snow can be enjoyed.

There are plenty of non-compacted snow courses, and the top "Deep 1" is, as the name suggests, a deep and steep powder spot. The slopes are laid out in three directions from the bottom. 40% of the slopes are for advanced skiers, so the hard slopes are very slippery. The park is also a specialty of Nekoma. Park items and levels change as the season progresses. In March, a high-spec park "Nekoma Step-Up Park" will also be opened, where a world-level slopestyle competition will be held, and professionals will also gather for training.

You can enjoy overnight stays and day trips from the Tokyo metropolitan area in as little as 3 hours.

When we think of Fukushima, we tend to think of it as part of the Tohoku area, which is somewhat distant, but in reality, it takes 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to Inawashiro Station, the nearest station, by connecting to the Tohoku Shinkansen and Joban Lines from Tokyo Station. From there, it takes 40 minutes and a total of 3 hours by free shuttle bus.

You can also enjoy powder at this time

3 hours and 30 minutes from Tokyo by car. If you leave at 6:00 in the morning, it will already be on the snow before 10:00. Even if you ski a lot until the sun goes down and stop by a hot spring, you can return before the date changes. The Tohoku Expressway is less congested and a day trip is possible. Even if you don't make a plan in advance, you can go skiing as soon as you think of it when it snows. This is convenient and economical.
