SKI LIFE SPORT
"SKI LIFE" was BOGEN's first product when it was founded in 2011, and is a traditional masterpiece that symbolizes the BOGEN message. You could say it's been reborn using synthetic fabric. "I've been thinking for a long time about how to get rid of the crisp feel of synthetic fabrics, and I've finally succeeded," says the owner. Chisato Sasada, who also participated in the FWQ Challenger, has personally developed a T-shirt and matching bags and smartphone cases.
Chisato Sasada is a freerider who mainly competes in freeride competitions. She became fascinated with the world of freeriding after staying at Chamingo Lodge in Hakuba, run by freeskiing couple Takuma Oike and his wife Tomosue, who are POW ambassadors. She is also a member of the POW Japan secretariat and is working on climate change issues
These original goods are what Sasada Chisato has developed on her own. She prints images of the Hakuba mountain scenery that she sees on bags, T-shirts, and smartphone cases. Using a service that allows her to sell without holding inventory, and taking care to avoid wasteful production, she quietly develops her products with the hope that people will incorporate the moving moments she encounters while skiing and traveling into their daily lives. She also has cotton shoulder bags, drawstring pouches, and smartphone cases with the same print, so you'll want to have matching sets.
