Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort | A long course measuring 500m in length and 30m in width, offering excellent skiing!

Enjoy a refreshing cruise on the main Hikage slopes in summer

Hikage Slope, one of Nozawa Onsen's signature slopes, is the stage for summer skiing. There's no need to take the Nagasaka Gondola to Kaminodaira Plateau; you can enjoy summer skiing at the bottom of the ski resort close to the hot spring town, which is convenient and easy, and even beginners can easily try it

The "PIS LAB" course, which is laid out along the Hikage Four Lift, is 500m long and a generous 30m wide, making it perfect for making big turns. With a maximum slope of 27°, it's a challenging course, and even in summer it feels very similar to snow, including the sense of speed, allowing you to enjoy carving turns and freestyle tricks

There's also a corridor-regulated training area measuring approximately 100m in length and 10m in width, where you can practice short turns with poles. There's also a mogul-only lane measuring approximately 50m in length and 5m in width, where you can make 15 mogul turns! It's perfect for families and serious skiers alike

Enjoy Nozawa Onsen during the green season

The summer slope is located on the Hikage slope at the bottom of the ski resort, but if you take the Nagasaka Gondola to Kaminodaira Picnic Garden, it's very cool even in the middle of summer and you can relax while looking at wildflowers and other flowers

If you want to spend the green season in Nozawa Onsen actively, we recommend mountain biking. The dynamic course that makes use of the slopes of the slopes is about 10km long and is very impressive. You can ride as far as Hikage slope, which is about 700m above sea level

The wild course that makes the most of the undulating winter slopes is extremely popular and the natural scenery is also wonderful

Speaking of Nozawa Onsen, the main attraction is the hot springs. A tour of the village's 13 outdoor baths offers a charming summer atmosphere. It's also fun to stroll around the hot spring town in a yukata robe

Ogama is a must-visit place
