Freelance writer, Editor-in-Chief of "FREE HEEL BOOK"
Born in 1978 on a farm in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, which does not have a ski resort. A freelance writer who writes for outdoor, mountain climbing, and ski magazines. He was devoted to soccer from the age of 10 until high school, and competed in the National Athletic Meet during high school. In 2011, he moved to a snowy region and has incorporated telemark skiing into his lifestyle. He is an expert on the long trails of Northern Europe, and has written a book titled "A Walking Journey in Lapland at 66.6° North Latitude" (published by Book Magazine Co.). He is also the editor-in-chief of the telemark ski fanzine "FREE HEEL BOOK."
