WINGMAN & WILDCAT relaunch with new technology
Elan's popular WINGMAN and WILDCAT series have been fully redesigned this season with the newly developed Power Line Technology. The new design, optimized for the asymmetrical Amphibio Profile, delivers greater maneuverability and precise edge control
This model is positioned in Elan's new "all resort ski" category, setting it apart from backcountry-oriented freeride skis. Designed with a focus on slope conditions, the wood core and reinforcement materials are asymmetrically optimized. Furthermore, by adopting a new mold derived from the "PRIMETIME" at the front and the "RIPSTICK" at the rear, carving performance and snow adaptability have been significantly improved
It allows you to make deep, stable turns even on difficult slopes, and the ski's character can be freely expressed by selecting the right size, making it a truly noteworthy "all-resort ski."
In addition to the 80 TI mentioned above, there are five models in total: 83 TI, 83 C, 80 TI, 78 C, and 83 BLACK EDITION
Available are high-performance titanium-reinforced models and lightweight carbon-based models, allowing you to choose based on your style and preferences
The PRIMETIME series, which represents Elan's carving category, will be adding a new "Black Edition" to its lineup for the 2025-2026 season. Based on a light and sharp ride feel, this high-end model offers even greater rigidity and precise gliding performance
The Black Edition uses reinforced carbon fiber and a special wood core to achieve grip on the snow and sharp edge response. Plate and binding system "SHIFT X" has been revamped
While being even lighter than the previous "FUSION X," the ski has a moderate amount of twist in the center, optimizing the balance between maneuverability and stability. Elan's unique "SHIFT" system has been reborn as "SHIFT X."
The newly designed SHIFT X maintains the same lightweight design as the previous model, while increasing the overall length and width of the plate. This allows for a linear edge grip comparable to the "FUSION" system. Additionally, all three previous SHIFT series models have been integrated into the "SHIFT X," clarifying the overall character of the series
The higher-end models offer more agile turning and handling, while the lower-end models offer more stability. The SHIFT X will be the key to elevating the overall riding experience of the Elan skis
Founded in Slovenia in 1945, ELAN is a comprehensive sports equipment manufacturer with an 80-year history.
