TABIYA | A guide club that is like a mountain ski class, mainly offering lessons for skiing down the mountain | Nagano Prefecture

A small group setting cherishes a sense of privacy

TABIYA's founder, Masaaki Sato, makes use of his background as a former ski instructor to provide lessons on skiing, including lessons on climbing and skiing techniques, with small groups valuing a private atmosphere and enjoying off-track activities. He aims to be a guide club similar to a mountain ski school. His idea is this:

"To enjoy skiing in the mountains, you can enjoy it more safely if you can change your skiing style depending on the snow quality and situation. The higher your physical strength and skiing technique in the mountains, the more you can enjoy it regardless of the conditions, so I started out with the hope of helping people avoid trouble on the mountains."

TABIYA offers tour services centered on tours for beginners, novices, and intermediates. Even if you have backcountry experience, if this is your first time, we recommend you take a half-day tour (called the "Nice to Meet You Tour") to see how well you can actually ski and climb, ensuring a safe tour

Since skiers and snowboarders have different climbing and skiing routes, the tour prioritizes satisfaction and guests are skiers only. They also offer on-slope ski lessons and lesson & tours
