I want to share with my guests the excitement of playing in the mountains and rivers
Daichi Terui is a certified JMGA Mountain Guide Stage I and Ski Guide Stage II, and is based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, where he provides private guide services in small groups throughout Hokkaido, Tohoku, the Northern and Southern Alps, and the Yatsugatake Mountains
"I've loved nature since I was a child, and I can't forget the excitement of playing in the mountains and rivers. My desire to share that feeling with guests is perhaps what drives me as a guide. I'm proud of my job as a mountain guide, where I share my mountain experiences with guests, and I want to face the mountains and my guests with sincerity." He also provides video lectures on mountain climbing and layering on the ARC TERYX YouTube channel

Snow ridges, rocky ridges, winter mountain climbing, and backcountry climbing in small groups
Utilizing his extensive experience and high technical skills as a mountain guide, he provides guidance on core routes on snow ridges and rocky ridges not only in the summer but also during the snowy season, as well as on normal routes for winter mountain climbing and backcountry skiing that focuses on sliding
To ensure guests can enjoy the tour safely, the guides are open to the public and private guides are small groups of 1-5 people, and are tailored to the level of the guests. Another attractive feature is that they are available to give advice on winter mountaineering experience, techniques, mountains, and routes.
